The practice

Billion-dollar projects don't fail politely. When entitlement is contested, the winning position is built from the contract, the records, and the experience to argue them to the best commercial outcome. Sumit Consulting exists for exactly that work — senior advisory without the overheads or dilution of larger consultancies, led hands-on at senior level.
