Whether engaged as an external advisor, embedded within a delivery team, or supporting formal dispute processes, we focus on early issue identification, clear entitlement analysis, and proportionate escalation. This ensures our clients are well positioned to resolve matters commercially wherever possible, while remaining fully prepared should formal determination be required. We work daily with the contract forms that govern Australian projects — the AS suite, GC21, NEC3 and NEC4, EPC and bespoke amendments — and with the delivery realities behind them.
We collaborate closely with project teams, legal advisors, and specialist consultants as needed, integrating seamlessly into existing structures and tailoring our involvement to suit the complexity and risk profile of each engagement.
