Quantum Expert Services
When quantum is in dispute, parties need analysis that can be tested. We provide quantum expertise in two capacities: party-side analysis and support that puts a claim or defence in its strongest arguable position, and independent expert reports prepared under the expert's overriding duty to the tribunal — clear, methodical, and capable of withstanding cross-examination. Expert evidence is given by named individuals, currently led by Malachy Mullin MRICS ACIArb.
What we do
Independent Quantum Analysis
Quantum disputes require more than arithmetic. They demand forensic analysis, transparent methodology, and reasoned opinion grounded in contract, records, and accepted principles of construction cost assessment. We provide quantum expertise to support the resolution of complex disputes across arbitration, litigation, and other formal proceedings. The two capacities never mix: where we are engaged to support a party's position, we say so; where we are appointed as independent expert, independence governs everything — and we do not act in both capacities on the same matter.
